I learned cooking from my mother, and I grew professionally through my work as a line and prep cook. I’m always teaching myself every day, and I bring that growth mindset to every menu I create.
I share my roots through every menu
My kitchen philosophy is to share my mixed roots (Indian, Creole, French) through my food, and to treat my ingredients with great love. I keep things personal, warm, and meaningful—because that’s how I like to feed people.
